Terms and Conditions Cancellation policy
Thank you for considering The Divine Home Stay for your stay. Here are the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy:
Terms and Conditions:
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof and address proof
Pets are not allowed on the property
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas
Any damages caused to the property or its belongings will be charged to the guest
The home stay reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who is found to be in violation of the rules and regulations
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded
For cancellations made 7 days or less before the check-in date, no refund will be provided
In case of no-show, no refund will be provided
Note: The cancellation policy may vary for peak season bookings, group bookings, or long-term stays. Please confirm the policy at the time of booking.
